Join TRIADE
The Tri-State Association of
Diabetes Educators (TRIADE) is a non-profit organization and local
chapter of the American Association of Diabetes Educators (AADE).
Membership in AADE is required prior to joining TRIADE. Annual
Membership dues are $125 for AADE and $30 for TRIADE. The membership
term is from July 1st to June 30th of the following year.
Membership applications are accepted throughout the year.

The application for AADE can also
be downloaded from the website, printed and mailed or faxed to AADE. You must
include a note along with your payment for the TRIADE dues.

continuing education credits
