About TRIADE

The Tri-State Association of Diabetes Educators (TRIADE) is a multidisciplinary association of healthcare professionals dedicated to integrating successful self-management as a key outcome in the care of people with diabetes and related conditions. Our members include registered nurses, dietitians, pharmacists, social workers, nurse practitioners, physicians, industry partners, and other health care providers involved in diabetes education. TRIADE is a local chapter of the American Association of Diabetes Educators (AADE) serving the Tri-State area including Philadelphia, N.J., and DE.
